It's a fact. In order to have a respectable pec development, you have to put your chest through a great deal of discomfort by employing pec exercises that are proven for ramping up massive mass gains. One of my favorite pec exercises because it's simple and great for use in the pre-exhaust training method. In order to capture the most out of this exercise, ensure that you do not place your hands too far apart or you'll end up putting to much stress on your shoulders. The ideal position should be slightly more than shoulder-width apart and try to pause for a second or two before driving your torso back to the initial position.
